Great home in a perfect location! Walk to Augusta National either through a quiet neighbor or a trail through the woods! Home has 3 levels, with the master bedroom suite on the main floor. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs which share a full bath. A LARGE finished basement with it's own full bath and private entrance can be arranged to suit your needs. (I own a mattress business, so just let me know your bed needs and I will make it happen!) The basement has a small bar, large screen TV, electronic dart board and an acoustic guitar to help you relax. (you must provide the guitar player) Very comfortable home and I will do whatever I can to ensure you enjoy your stay in Augusta.
