The outdoor living area includes a large swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill with bar seating, a tiki bar with blenders available, an ice cream shop, a surf shop, horseshoe pit, life sized jenga, life sized checkers, an outdoor room with fireplace mantle/chiminea, koi pond, outdoor lighting and a firepit with smores bar.
