Customized AV and technology is integrated throughout the home featuring Crestron. Technology integration system includes; multiple Crestron touch panels, voice command technology, automated lighting including motion detecting lighting in specified zones, integrated climate control, automated shades and drapery technology. Our entertainment system can be switched to "party mode" for music or TV program viewing throughout all entertaining zones, inside and out, or can be utilized as independent zones. Our media includes cable boxes, Apple TV’s, kaleidescape, Amazon Fire, Amazon Echo throughout, Nvidia Shield and multiple music streaming options; all of which can be played in every zone of our house at once or independently in each zone simultaneously. The whole-house technology system is simple to use and makes the home feel like a resort. Our kitchen has top of the line appliances including a double oven, two sinks and exotic granite countertops. The kitchen and living/entertaining areas overlook our beautiful view. Our breakfast area seats 6. The main kitchen island seats 3. Our basement is our entertainment center of the house. This walkout basement features 11 foot ceilings, an additional kitchen/bar (with built-in cabinetry, full sink and disposal, dish washer, and small fridge), 8 foot billiard table, basement livingroom with wall mounted 65” TV, surround sound, Crestron touch panel, 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, a full spa-like bathroom with river rock flooring, as well as our favorite place of the house – our top of the line cinematic home theater. Our theater is 21’x21’ with elevated theater seating and is engineered directly under the garage, making all surrounding walls, ceiling & floor solid concrete, therefore providing an ideal sound buffer for viewing movies at any volume. The theater boasts a curved 150” CinemaScope film screen with a 4K projector and a 11.2 channel Dolby Atmos sound system, equipped with our own movie style popcorn machine and a beautiful wet bar on the way into the theater with stunning handcrafted millwork throughout.
